Why do you need 3 months to look glowing?

First of all, your skin cells renew every 27-28 days. God knows which day exactly is the 27th or 28th day but that's not the point.

What this means is:

Assuming you go on a clean diet or use a new skincare product on Day 1 of the month, so by day 28th your skin cells are renewed. You may see:

Dry skin feels more hydrated
Saggy skin feels more supple
Wrinkles are less visible
